Testing and operator guidance belong in the handover

Our installation service includes testing and commissioning before handover, followed by operational guidance. This means installation is not treated as complete simply because the screen has been mounted.

Through our installation and integration service, we plan equipment placement, mounting arrangements and connectivity, then carry out system checks, calibration and functional testing. We also work with clients, contractors, architects and project managers to accommodate the site requirements.

For the display specification, our consultation considers audience position and viewing distance alongside the content you intend to show. Pixel pitch—the spacing between LED pixels—is one of the choices to discuss, rather than assuming every screen needs the same configuration.

After-sales support should identify the next action

We provide both remote and on-site technical assistance, supported by troubleshooting, system checks and component replacement. Our after-sales support service addresses display malfunctions, performance issues and faulty components.

Remote assistance is available for suitable system-related concerns; on-site assistance is available when physical inspection, maintenance or replacement is needed. We assess the reported issue and equipment condition to determine the appropriate approach.

• When planning ongoing care: discuss preventive maintenance and system inspections.
